Comfortable Two-Bedroom Apartment with two bathrooms, which can host up to 6 persons.
This mostly renovated apartament, is located in an antique house dating 1600. Beside the graceful furniture, it boasts homemade beddings, pillows and soaps, obtained directly from local alpaca wool, grown by the owners.
The flat is located on ground floor and is made of two bedrooms, of which one is a double room and one a bedroom with a bunk bed, two modern bathrooms, a traditional living room with double sofa bed and a separate, well-equipped kitchen.
Of the two bathrooms, one is equipped with shower, toilet and basin, the other one with bathtub and integrated shower, toilet, basin and washing machine.
Particularly worth to be seen is the lovely terrace, also ground floor, which measures nearly 30 m² and is equipped with table to dine outside and with lays to enjoy the sun of the Alps, while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Dolomites.
The Separate kitchen is ideally equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are available for free.

In the characteristic Larciunei street, ornated by typical houses and traditional farms, just at the beginning of the Vallunga Natural Park, you will find this antique house dated 1600. In its ground floor there is this lovely apartment with terrace and mountain view, which was recently partially renovated.
In Winter the house lays in a first-class position, as the property is definitely ski-in ski-out. Just in front of the house there start the Cadepunt skilift, connecting you with the Sella Ronda / Dolomiti Superski, and you can ski back on the same named ski slope.
In Summer the idyllic position, close to the Vallunga Natural Park, makes this property a small paradise. The Dantercepies cableway is only a couple of hundred meters away and most of the most famous hikes do start from the apartment.
You will love the South-facing, ground-floor terrace! It allows you to fully enjoy the Alps’ sun, while admiring some of the most famous mountain peaks of the Dolomites.
The town center is approx. 10 minutes walking away or 1 minute by car. There you will find all services like, shops, restaurants, bars, rentals etc.
One of the peculiarities of this property, are the beds, pillows and soaps made using the wool of local alpacas, grown and handmade by the owners themselves. This ensures a high sleep quality and a major well-being during your holidays.
The property offers of course all you need for the perfect mountain holiday, like Wi-Fi, ski and bike deposit, washing machine, towels and linen.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
