The Lamprecht family lives in the UNESCO Biosfera Val Müstair Parc Naziunal. Rico and Vreni live on the organic farm Pütschai Josom at 1521 m above sea level. Her son Reto and Carmen with their children Julia, Sofia, Niculin and the twins Nino and Jon live further up on the organic farm in Craistas at 1875 meters above sea level. Together they run the suckler cow farm in a community of generations. On the Pütschai Josom organic farm, which the Lamprecht family was able to lease in 2003 and bought in 2009, they keep a few cattle, goats, rabbits and chickens in addition to the herd of suckler cows.
The associated house is up to 900 years old according to the preservation order and was renovated in 1978 by the old owner and in 2009/10 by Lamprechts. However, the old character and soul of the farmhouse have always been preserved. The historic house has been available to our guests for farm holidays since 2010.
The second organic farm is in Craistas and has been run by the Lamprechts for four generations. Until 1990, this was a dairy farm with calf fattening and original Braunvieh breeding, after which Rico took the plunge and converted the farm to suckler cow husbandry and organic farming. Today, all Limousin animals are sold directly by the family and none of the animals end up in the wholesale trade.
The cows and their calves spend the summer on our own Alp Tabladatsch, where they enjoy the juicy alpine herbs and the beautiful view over the valley. In winter, they are in the stable with permanent access to the outside and are only fed with the company's own organic hay and silage.

The Bio-Hof Pütschai Josom is the most important medieval individual farm in Val Müstair and is located in the middle of the Biosfera Val Müstair Regional Nature Park at 1521m above sea level above Sta. Maria. The original character has been preserved over the years with the help of monument preservation. The farm is still used for agriculture today.
The quiet, sunny location, the well-preserved rooms and the spacious terrace offer the opportunity to relax. The small museum, the animals on the farm and the hot tub are an experience for young and old. The Pütschai Josom farm has a huge area and offers enough space for games, fun or just to soak up the sun and enjoy.
Also ideal for skiing holidays in the nearby family ski area www.minschuns.ch, ski tours, snowshoe hikes and of course cross-country skiing in the footsteps of Dario Cologna.
The holiday farm offers 6 rooms with 12 beds (4 double rooms, 1 single room and 1 triple room), a lounge and a modern kitchen. Travel cots and high chairs are available for the little ones.

Pets cannot be taken into the house, but it is possible to bring the animals to the animal pension www.paclera-hof.ch, 2 km away.
The house has no internet connection, no television and no washing machine. In the kitchen, however, there is a radio and in the lounge you will find a play area with various games.
Wellness on the farm: In addition to holidays on the farm, let yourself be pampered. Our Hot Pot offers space for 8 people and is only heated with wood to a temperature of around 40°C. In the Hot Pot you can relax with your family or friends, enjoy the beautiful landscape and the unique starry sky. This offer is not included in the rental price and will be charged on site if used.
Special features: It is possible to help out on the farm, for example feeding the animals, looking after the herd of suckler cows on the alp or haymaking.
