The holiday apartment is on a well-maintained and newly built estate on the edge of Königsfeld, above Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.
This three-room holiday apartment completed in 1985 in the converted attic has a separate entrance and its own stairwell. It consists of a living and dining room, a bedroom, a dressing room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a big loggia. The living space including the loggia totals around 66m². The living and dining room with access to the loggia measures 28m² and provides a sitting corner with a coffee table, an HD satellite receiver, a TV and a stereo system, and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen of 4m² is equipped with a built-in kitchen unit with a freestanding stove, a fridge with a separate freezer compartment, a microwave, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and glasses. The bedroom measures 10m² and has a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom (4m²) is fitted with a shower bath, toilet, washbasin and wall mirror. There is space for a supplementary bed if required in the 4m² dressing room between the bedroom and the bathroom. The floors in the living and dining room, the bedroom and the dressing room are laid with high-quality laminate (rustic oak veneer), all the other floors are tiled. The sloping ceilings under the roof are all clad with wood. All the rooms have radiators and water is heated by an 80-litre boiler.
The holiday apartment is on the outskirts of Königsfeld and provides direct access to open nature with a range of hiking possibilities. There are smaller grocery shops locally, as well as a bank.
