The 2-room apartment was completed in spring 2018.
It is located on the ground floor of a 5-party house, which was newly built above the romantic harbor of the Altefähr seaside resort on Strelasund.
A small staircase leads to the harbor after about 100 meters and has a wonderful panoramic view of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Enjoy this view at any time of the day - especially in the evening and during sunsets. An impression you will not forget.
The apartment is exclusively and individually furnished. It has a living space of approx. 64m², which is divided into 2 rooms, an open kitchen, hallway and bathroom.
The living room is bright and friendly with light from two sides. You will find a cozy sofa and a comfortable wing chair for TV and reading evenings. For your entertainment is a wall-mounted 50 inch flat screen TV with satellite reception and incl. Soundbar provided. You can have your meals at the round designer glass dining table.
In the immediate vicinity and open to the living room, there is the fitted kitchen. It is equipped with everything that will make your stay a pleasure. Of course, there are electrical branded appliances (built-in cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). You will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board in the apartment.
Through two double doors you step onto the terrace from the living room and can make yourself comfortable on the garden chairs. From here you can enjoy an undisturbed view of the garden, which will be completed in the summer of 2018.
A large double bed (2.00mx 1.80m) with comfortable spring mattresses welcomes you in the bedroom. Bedding is part of the inventory of the apartment - all you have to do is bring your bed linen. This room has three windows, some of which are on the floor. An illuminated wardrobe with sliding doors (2.60mx 2.20m) is available for your clothes. The dimmable LED ceiling lighting simulates a starry sky.
The bathroom has ceramic tiles and - like the whole apartment - has underfloor heating. The shower is designed as a walk-in shower and is barrier-free. With a footprint of 1.20mx 1.00m and equipped with a thermostat incl. Rainshower shower system allows you to enjoy a wellness shower bath.
An underground parking space is provided for your car.
