My property is a lovely independent Umbrian style studio apartment in the family villa a few kilometers from the historic center of Perugia and Assisi. From here you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside with all the comforts of a modern home. You will like my accommodation for its intimacy, views and location. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers and business travelers. Il Glicine is a guest house, independent and equipped with kitchen, TV, slatted bed, hypoallergenic mattress, internet, a microwave oven and all the comforts for your accommodation. It has a suggestive and very spacious garden where you can walk and enjoy the countryside. Check in is always expected after 2.00 pm and before 8.00 pm. We recommend that you contact us for the delivery of the keys. In case of need, exceptions can be foreseen only if there are no guests the previous day. You can contact us, by mail or through the website, we will be happy to satisfy your requests. The accommodation is a private home, the use of the swimming pool is subject to availability which is communicated and agreed with you upon request and a cost of 2 euros per person is applied. We point out that a specific release must be signed given the lack of staff. We are happy to communicate with you, if you have any doubts or questions do not hesitate. We ask you the utmost respect for our home, fruit plants and objects that are in the accommodation and in the garden. In the surroundings you will find fruit trees and flowers, if you want we will give it to you at your request. The house is located in Bosco, a small town in the immediate vicinity of the historic center (8 km). Bosco has about 1500 people and is equipped with all services, connection by bus with the rest of the city, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, doctor's office, church, soccer field, post office, beauty center, hairdresser and ATM. The house is located 1.5 km from the E 45 motorway junction (Rome-Cesena). The historic center (8 km) reachable by bus, is characterized by the beautiful Fontana Maggiore, the Duomo, the Etruscan city with the splendid Rocca Paolina, the gates and the Etruscan well. The national gallery of Umbria awaits you with countless permanent works (Perugino, Pisano, Beato Angelico) and temporary exhibitions. The city comes alive with events throughout the year: in October the delicious Eurochocolate, in November the fair of the dead, in December the Christmas markets and in July the famous Umbria Jazz. At 12 km you can visit the splendid city of Assisi with its Unesco heritage monuments. At 30 km there is the city of Gubbio, known for the Festa dei Ceri (May 15). At 40 km from Spello, where you can watch the floral display event (9th Sunday after Easter). Spoleto is located 55 km away, where it is possible to appreciate various paintings by Pinturicchio and the beautiful view from the fortress. At 40 km you can enjoy a walk along the shores of the beautiful Lake Trasimeno (second largest lake in Italy).
