On the first floor of the small holiday complex "Residenz am Kurhaus" this holiday home invites you to stay in any season: on dreary days you can enjoy the in-house wellness area with indoor pool, sauna and solarium. There are comfortable loungers in the swimming pool for reading and relaxing. In the warm season, the nearby beach with its pier attracts sun-hungry guests. The distances are short: you can plunge into the sea floods just 100 meters away, the salt lagoon is even closer. Shopping, restaurant or café visits can be done comfortably on foot. The car can be safely left on the assigned parking space in the underground garage. A WiFi connection can be used free of charge in the house. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also available to guests.

The spacious two-room apartment impresses with its bright and spacious living area. Here there is a cozy seating area with a sleeping function as well as an integrated fitted kitchen and a dining table.
