Our large (120 sq.m.) luxurious flat offers absolute comfort and is able to accommodate up to 6 people. The flat offers three bedrooms and a large bathroom on the upper floor and a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and an extra WC on the lower level. It offers spacious balconies with amazing views and every attention has been paid to ensure a trouble-free stay in a clutter-free and beautiful setup. We are located just a mere 100 meters of distance away to the nearest metro stop.
Natural light bathes all interior spaces while windows offer lovely views of the area. The flat’s location is more than ideal since you have the luxury to swim, relax and sunbathe on the nearby Glyfada beach just 5km of distance away or visit the famous sights and museums of Athens at just 8km away or at a 6 min ride by metro!

The flat offers 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with bedside tables, lampshades, and wardrobes. The third bedroom has an extra large single bed, wardrobe and a window. The two double bedrooms have access to beautiful balconies. The rooms are discreetly decorated in plain textiles and wooden and iron furniture. A sixth person can be accommodated on the living room sofa if needed.

There is plenty of light and views coming from the doors and windows and there is direct access to a 50m2 balcony with a large dining table and amazing views of the Saronic Gulf. Around the area, you can find many different shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, ATM, and pharmacies. Elliniko metro station (100 meters away from home) offers routes to Athens center in 6 minutes.
Different means of transport are available such as the bus and the tram. At a 5km of distance, you can visit the organized Glyfada sandy beach with different cafes, water sports facilities, and playgrounds. Few stops away by tram you can visit different marinas and promenades with also a wide range of bar, cafes, restaurants, and playgrounds.
The famous and newly built landmark building “Stavros Niarchos” is also a few stops further by tram where is definitely worth a visit.
