The apartment has 3 double rooms, some bigger than others. Two of them with two single beds that can be fixed together, such as a very large double bed or that can be separated and the third room with a trundle bed that can be opened as a double bed or closed as a single bed. In the living room, there is also an extra bed, where a seventh person could sleep.

It is located next to the UAB Autonomous University, the Sabadell Sports Airport and 20 minutes (18 km) from Barcelona.

The building has an ELEVATOR and is fully ADAPTED with access RAMPS. It is not a luxurious building, but of hard-working people, but it has contracted cleaning of common areas and telephones for the doorbell with electric intercom.
Attention to guests
The hosts can enter the apartment to collect personal things or use the facilities minimally, if necessary, both me, Yanina and Juan Manuel, my partner, although it is not usual. Guests are always notified respectfully.
Neighborhood overview
Badia del Vallés is a very urban population, a few blocks away, with the particularity that it is located in a heavily wooded area, almost forest, with parks and all streets are free to park for free. A few meters from the apartment, there are 3 supermarkets, a bank area, several bakeries, pharmacies and shops of all kinds. And very close there are two shopping centers. Behind the building is the Sports Center with Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Uva Rays, Gym and various sports courts. It can be accessed without being a member, paying very little.
