Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is located between the Allgäu and Vorarlberg mountains, the famous Appenzeller Land and the beautiful Lake Constance, as well as close to the Vorarlberg state capital Bregenz (7km), the spa town of Oberstaufen (21km), the beautiful old town of Wangen (13 km) and the historic one City of Ravensburg (22 km).
The apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes and swimming fun in summer and ski and snow tours in winter.
The Bregenz Festival floating stage is a relaxed 10-minute drive away.
Our 1063m high local mountain Pfänder (8km) offers you an unforgettable panoramic view over Lake Constance and the breathtaking 2500m high peaks of the Swiss Alps.
Your new home borders the urban area of Lindau (2km) and is not far from the national borders with Austria (1km), Switzerland (15km) and Liechtenstein (37km).
Within a radius of 1.5 km there are bakers, butchers, banks, post office and a medical center with a pharmacy. The nearest grocery store (EDEKA) is 2 km away.
Our very quiet 1.5 room ground floor apartment has a size of 48sqm and its own entrance. Our floor consists of tiles in the entrance, kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a wooden floor in the living room and bedroom area. The entire apartment is threshold-free. Our house entrance is accessible via two steps outside. A parking space is available for your car. Of course, we offer you free WiFi during your stay.
The non-smoking apartment is designed for 2 people with small children. The sofa bed can also be used by 3 people. Pets are only welcome on request. Parties and events are not allowed.

Minimum stay: 3 days
1-3 nights 200 euros
from the 4th Night 60 euros.
The prices are for 2-3 people + child / night
For a binding reservation we ask for a deposit of 25%.
If a binding booking is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
If a binding booking is canceled up to 30 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
The apartment must be left swept clean. For the final cleaning we charge a flat rate of 25 euros per stay.
From 7 days the final cleaning is included in the price
Pets are only welcome on request. Our apartment is not available for parties and events.
