Résumé: Die Wohnung ist angenehm, insgesamt gut, jedoch mit ein paar Schwächen zu bewerten, die den recht teuren Preis von über 1600 € nicht rechtfertigen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gaben sich viel Mühe, dass es ein schöner Urlaub wird. Es wurden z. B. frische Rosen in mehreren Vasen in der Wohnung hingestellt. Die Einrichtung ist ganz schön, jedoch auch z. T. etwas sparsam, es hängt z. B. in der gesamten Wohnung kein einziges Bild an der Wand, die Wände wirken also etwas kahl. Die alten Holzmöbel im Wohnzimmer aus Omas Zeit sind alle nur zur Deko und man kann sie gar nicht nutzen für eigene Ablage. Es gibt auch z. B. keine Spiele (Uno, etc.) oder keinen CD Spieler oder DVD Spieler. Das TV ist nicht internetfähigen, aber es gibt funktionierendes WLAN. Schön ist das Elternschlafzimmer und der Wohn-/Essbereich, der Couchbereich ist angenehm groß, jedoch sind die Polster eher schon durchgesessen und bei längerem Sitzen nicht mehr wirklich bequem und entspannend. Der Esstisch ist sehr schön, groß und hell ausgeleuchtet, so dass man als Familie abends gut spielen kann. Die Küche ist groß genug und sehr gut eingerichtet, auch optisch schön und neu. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist angenehm groß und hat ein sehr schönes Doppelbett (zum Glück ohne Brett für größere Leute). Weniger schön und leider auch in der Beschreibung gar nicht erwähnt, ist das kleine Kinderzimmer mit einem Bett, das nicht nur Durchgangszimmer ist zwischen Küche und Elternschlafzimmer, sondern in ihm ist auch noch die Haustür (aus Holz, ohne Abdichtung) zum Treppenhaus, was nicht nur an sich stört, sondern leider auch den intensiven Heizölgeruch aus dem Erdgeschoss in dieses Zimmer bringt und über Nacht konzentriert, was ich persönlich auch weder für uns, noch unser Kind besonders angenehm fand. Für eine Wohnung dieses Preises finde ich nicht ok. Außerdem weise ich darauf hin - und das wird weder auf den Fotos gezeigt, noch in der Beschreibung genannt - das super kleine, enge Bad geht mit einer Schiebetür direkt von der Küche ab und hat keine richtige Lüftung nach außen, sondern wird in den kleinen Wintergarten entlüftet. Wenn man also gerade kocht und jemand muss auf Toilette, ist das mehr als unangenehm. Außerdem wollte ich deswegen nicht im Wintergarten sitzen, der eigentlich ganz schön war. Noch eine wichtige Info für alle, die gerne dunkel schlafen: Es gibt keine Jalousien und keine dunklen Vorhänge. Wen das alles nicht stört und der hohe Preis nicht abschreckt, dem können wir die Wohnung empfehlen. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Wissen sollte man allerdings auch, dass die Wohnung ziemlich vom Schuss ist und man leider immer Autofahren muss um irgendwo hinzukommen, selbst für einen Spaziergang. Bis zu einem Badestrand mit Infrastruktur fährt man mindestens 20 min Auto, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Das sieht man auf der Landkarte leider nicht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung finden wir persönlich insgesamt unangemessen. Dafür können die Vermieter jedoch nichts und sie sind wirklich nett und hilfsbereit und gaben sich viel Mühe. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und empfehlenswert für einen Urlaub.
