We would like to warmly welcome you to our house in Palio, one of the most beautiful areas of Kavala, the fascination of which comes from the combination of mountain and sea.
Our apartments can accommodate up to five people.
The apartments are divided into two sizes, one is approx. 70 sqm and the other two are approx. 55 sqm in size.
The residential units consist of a bedroom, living room with TV, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric stove, coffee machine and dishes.
The other two apartments consist of an open living room / kitchen arrangement, bedroom and bathroom. All apartments have air conditioning in the bedroom. These (55sqm) apartments also have a balcony.
We also offer a free laundry service that includes towels and bed linen.
Own parking space and satellite TV
Apartmets: A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (5 m) of the house, so that you can visit the city or two beautifully situated villages on the coast (Iraklitsa / Peramos) by bus.
There you have the opportunity to visit the many beach bars (beach chairs are free when ordering drinks) taverns or cafes. In Iraklitsa you can participate in the wide range of water sports.(diving, water skiing, banana, or donat). Peramos offers a fine sandy, scenic sandy beach Amolofi, which is unique in Eastern Greece (this beach is definitely googling).
The city of Kavala is an old port city where coffee was once cultivated. There is a lot to discover in Kavala. For example, the Panagia, an old Turkish quarter on a hill with many small streets and traditionally built houses.
Surroundings: Palio offers you many opportunities to spend a nice, quiet and relaxing holiday. 3 minutes by car from our apartments is a coastal village called Iraklitsa. There is a lot to do for water sports fans there. For example, the Beachbar Friends. There you can rent surfboards or go water skiing, but also take a ride on the Donat or the Bannane. If you want to be active on land, you can do so on one of the 2 beach volleyball courts or at the tennis court.
The beach village of Peramos is 10 minutes by car from our apartments, where you will not only find numerous idyllic taverns and cafes, but also one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Greece. The Amollofi beach. An approximately 4km large stretch of beach with crystal-clear water, which is also very popular with our little guests (since the water depth is very low), is also popular with many families.
Long-term guests, pick. Service: Would you like to go on holiday outside the season and stay for a longer period; then we have the opportunity to offer special terms for long-term renters. As a further service, we offer to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. We also take it for granted that if you arrive without a car or spend your vacation without a rental car, we will take you to the larger supermarkets nearby (we have a small but well-stocked supermarket 150 meters away). Furthermore, we are at your disposal at any time if you need something (since we also live in the facility) or have a wish.
