Offering a spacious home that sleeps 9 guests, this wonderful abode has heating/cooling, TV, ample space to stretch out, BBQ, and a patio with lovely views. There are a few games for the family and some beach equipment available for use.
This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps 9 guests comfortably.
Bright north and east sunshine bathes the interior of this exceptional beach home. Nestled in a landscaped tropical setting that carries through to the rear entertaining area complete with master-built pizza oven for the ambitious chef.
A centrally positioned open plan kitchen - with dishwasher, gas stovetop and dining, family lounge with split system and log fire, separate entertaining lounge/theatre room with north-facing windows, master bedroom with ensuite and WIR. At the other end, 2 bedrooms, a large full bathroom with a separate toilet, and a tucked-away laundry.
The home has Chrome Cast so bring all your favourite series along on holidays or else watch one of the home's large collection of DVDs. Also, there's plenty of board games for you to enjoy.
Area 51 is pet friendly, we have 2 kennels and kitty litter trays for your convenience and your loved one's comfort.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Included in the home: doona, doona cover, and pillows.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
Please note, the garage is not for guests' use.
