Iconic Belmont Heights estate with everything you want 4 blocks from the beach. One of a kind 1930s art deco mansion with ocean views. New to VRBO, decade plus hosting with 5 star rating on other platform.
Outside you have an amazing private yard with a slate pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, koi pond, and a large lawn area. Our home is 6,000 sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a brand new kitchen, formal living room and dining room, breakfast room, game room with pool table, office with sofa bed, family room, library, 3 patios, and kitchenette.
The rooms are all large and grand with original details, including tiger-eye hardwood floors, pocket doors, high ceilings, and an original stained glass skylight. All the bedrooms are spacious. Our home is furnished as pictured, to maximize the space and style and minimize clutter.
Four bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a decorative fireplace, an en-suite bath with shower, tub, and toto toilet with bidet. It also has a large private patio with ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, a large private patio, a dressing table, and an enormous closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and an enormous closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath with a very large shower. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed, en-suite bath, and large desk. There is also a balcony off of the upstairs hallway. Bedroom 5 is located on the first floor and has a queen size bed and en-suite bath.
In addition to bedroom 5, the first floor has a grand foyer, living room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, office, family room and half bath. There are two smart TVs, one in the family room with a small sofa and one in bedroom 5. The family room TV also has an Xbox. The third patio is off the library. There is also a kitchenette upstairs off the library.
You have access to all rooms in house except a few closets with our personal belongings, which will be locked. No garage access but there is room for 7 cars in the driveway.
