These two villas can only be rented together as one unit. They can accommodate up to 10 people. The entire property has been stylishly furnished.
The main house has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The small villa has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Nowadays there is a Jules Verne Club in Pazin, and Jules Verne Days are organised every year at the end of June.
