The original Bali Hi (sic) was named in 1960 by the owners, after the mythical island of paradise in the movie South Pacific and this magnificent property will impress down to the last detail. A sophisticated, high-end kitchen with a long island bench will delight the organised chef, complete with all the main high-end appliances and amenities to ensure your meals are a constant success!
The kitchen overlooks chic dining and open plan living space with gas fireplace, large smart TV and abundant light filled indoor / outdoor flow onto the alfresco deck overlooking the native landscaped gardens. Outdoor living is beautifully styled and completed with a pizza oven, outdoor bar and built in BBQ, built in lounge, and a separate shower and toilet accessible from the side gate after a dip at the beach. Every detail has been considered to ensure being together and enjoying beachside living is an unforgettable memory.
One of the unique features of the property is the magnificent full size billiard table, wet bar and room (which can be booked as a upscaled addition to your rental). Internal access through to the games room is via the main downstairs living (otherwise this area is locked).
Offering accommodation for up to 14 guests (max 10 adults) across 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Bali Hi has been purpose built for accessibility. The downstairs master suite has a hoist bed and purpose built ensuite bathroom to accommodate. On the same level is a King bedroom (which can be split into 2 king singles) with adjacent bathroom and powder room. Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms (1 x 2 triple bunk queen beds, and 2 further king bedrooms) the main bathroom, study nook and a further living area.
Thoughtful design of the property allows cross ventilation of cooling bay breezes over summer however the home has central heating and cooling throughout.
The landscaped side and rear garden are fully fenced and secure and a large internal double lock up garage available is for off street parking for cars and boat or jet ski.

TERMS OF BOOKING
1. We do not accept any parties or events due to strict council regulations at any of our Holiday Shacks Luxury Accommodation properties. Due to our high standard of accommodation we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings or any groups under 28 years of age. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age. You will be required to sign and agree to our No Party Policy and provide your drivers licence as ID verification.
2. A maximum of 14 guests on the property at any given time (maximum 10 adults).
3. A bond is required to be paid prior to arrival.
4. Cancellation Terms: Should you through unforeseen circumstances cancel your booking outside the booking terms, you will forfeit $110 booking cancellation fee, $88 booking fee as well as any applicable merchant fees from your initial deposit.
