Beautifully decorated luxury villa with spacious floor plan and plenty of room to spread out and relax, featuring 5 bedrooms plus den, 3.5 baths and offers all the comforts of home including central air, fully stocked kitchen with many upgrades, WiFi, gas grill, electronic entry system, etc.
The kids will love the game room with air hockey table while you relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktails out on the charming screened porch and patio overlooking the pond.
An easy bike ride to any one of the 3 pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts or fitness facilities, including the Kids' Splash Zone or the indoor Aquatic Center. The Bayside resort is an amazing golf community just minutes to the beach with fantastic amenities, including the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, with pro shop and restaurant.
Just 4 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE and Ocean City, MD, Bayside offers easy access to the beach, with a beach shuttle to the Fenwick Island State Park beach at select times during the summer. There is an activity fee (optional) for the use of the amenities (eg pools, shuttle, fitness center, etc) .
Our 3,280 sf Villa was built in 2017, and includes lots of upgrades which makes it feel like home. This upscale 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom and 2 car garage Villa has wood floors downstairs, and carpeting on the second floor.
The first floor open layout is great for entertaining with modern kitchen, dining area, great room, large screen porch and patio with gas grill. The first floor also has a master bedroom (1 king) with a 43" Smart TV, a flex room with Air Hockey for entertainment, a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, and a half bath.
The second floor provides a large loft with a 55" Smart TV and an entertainment area for playing cards or games. Also on the second floor is the 2nd Master Suite (Queen) with a 43" Smart TV, large bathroom and closet; and three additional bedrooms: 1) Queen, with access to a walkout porch, 2) bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, and 3) 2 twin beds. The third full size bathroom is on the second floor. Graco Pack-n-Play is located in 2nd floor Master closet.

The Bayside community includes 'The Point', which sits on the Assawoman Bay overlooking Ocean City. 'The Point' features a boat and fishing dock, a beach on the bay, complimentary kayaks and canoes throughout the Summer (with activity pass), a pier, and a nature trail with plenty of wildlife to enjoy.
Bayside's Jack Nicklaus Golf Course was ranked Delaware's best public access course. Bayside also boasts the huge SunRidge Tennis & Recreation Center with 2 Large Pools, Kid's Splash Zone, 20-person Hot tub, Fitness Center, Pickleball Courts, Tennis Courts, Playground, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Snack Bar, Picnic Area, and Game Room.
The Bayside Commons Area pool complex features a 3650sq ft. free form pool, a 550sq ft. kiddie pool, and a 6500 sq ft. playground. The complex also includes a building with changing rooms, showers and a snack bar.
In addition, the community now includes the Aquatic & Fitness Center, featuring an indoor pool and hot tub, high end exercise equipment and classes for all ages.

Each guest age 5 and older must purchase a valid Bayside Resort pass in order to access any of the Sport Club amenities or participate in any events or activities. 2024 Fees: a weekly pass will be $95/person during the season (May to Sept). 3-Day passes also available for $60.00/person. Payment for these passes will be required 1 month prior to arrive date. Any requests after the 1 month period will cost an additional $15 per pass late charge. These are the updated prices for 2024.
We rent for 7 night minimum for the month of July through Labor Day and our Weekly Rates INCLUDE cleaning fees !!!! If you would like to rent for less than 7 nights during off-season, please message us and we will let you know availability and costs.
