Our duplex summer villa has a private parking area, a dining table and chairs on the pool terrace, sun loungers and an umbrella for 8 people, a teak dining table and chairs on the balcony in front of the living room and a small fridge to cool your drinks. The upper floor of the rental summer villa has 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and 2 large bathrooms. All beds on this floor are 180 x 200 cm, Downstairs there is air-conditioned 4th Bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso, fruit press, toaster, mixer, all the kitchen equipment you may need in daily life, internet in the lounge, TV, satellite and air-conditioning. The Summer Villa has a magnificent sea view from every floor. The Villa is 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Güvercinlik center and only 15 minutes from Bodrum center by car. There is a "Damage Deposit" of €400 to be paid in cash upon arrival and is refunded by bank transfer within 7 working days if there is no damage. Electricity, water usage, weekly cleaning, garden and pool maintenance and linen are included in the price. Provided that the property is left reasonably clean and tidy, no additional cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the holiday.
