Enjoy a unique relaxing stay in this beautiful & modern beach cabin located less than 4 miles from the best beaches, restaurants, shops, Wholefoods Market & so much more. This vacation-feel home is situated on a safe & private 2-acre property surrounded by giant trees, a large in-ground salt water pool, a fire pit, a beach volleyball court and a tiki bar where you can bake your own pizza or grill while enjoying a drink. There are no close neighbors!
PERFECT FOR FAMILIES! Accommodates children and adults. Total of guests must not exceed 12 including adults and children/infants. Accommodates up to 4 couples comfortably (2 kings, 2 queens). Works for a mixture of couples and singles; with 4 couples max and 1-2 singles. Perfect for families.
***COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: There are no back-to-back bookings for the 2022 season. Each booking is spaced out by a period of 24 hours minimum as to ensure a maximum of safety for guests, and so that our cleaning staff can clean and sanitize the whole house in between bookings. Each couch has a cover that is washed before guests arrival. Our cleaning team wears masks at all times.
First Floor-
West Wing- includes a large family room with a gym and exit to the backyard (to pool), a large kitchen, large dinning room and living room. Only the family room is separated by a door to accommodate more privacy while the rest is all open concept to facilitate conversations and gatherings with families and friends. At the center of this large open concept area, there is a fireplace and a brick chimney. All ceilings are cathedral types with skylights, providing a warm atmosphere and summer feel. A group of 8-10 people in this house doesn't feel crowded; the house is airy and all the main rooms are very large.
East Wing- Includes one full bath, 1 powder room/half bath, and 3 bedrooms, which are all similar looking (see pictures). One bedroom has a king size bed, the other two have queen size beds (one is a trundle bed that has a full size mattress underneath). Each bedroom is of good size with air conditioning, a double closet, 2 night stands with lamps, a mirror and toiletries. Each bedroom is nicely decorated with a beach theme and has extra pillows for your comfort.
Second Floor-Perfect for a family of 3-4-
Extra large master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and ensuite (office size) room with a full size bed in it. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a double closet, 2 night stands with reading lamps, ample space for yoga/meditation practice or a pack and play, a large television with Netflix-Roku and several windows with nice forest views. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, and is accessible from the master bedroom only. The master bedroom's connecting room is perfect for children; it has a full size bed with a gate, a night stand, a skylight window with blinds, and air conditioning. You can close its sliding door for some level of privacy. To access the connecting room, you must first enter the master bedroom. (You can see how this is fitting for a family with 1-2 young children, but not necessarily for singles or couples.)There is a den in the hallway with a reading couch.
The Lower Level Basement-
Includes washer & dryer room and an infrared sauna room with towels and instructions. The infrared sauna is the lowest EMF on the market/ healthiest!
The other section of the basement is finished and includes a futon, a television with Netflix-Roku, bean bags, a ping pong table, an office space and a twin size bed. Please note that this section is not a private bedroom as guests have to go through this section of the basement in order to utilize washer/dryer or sauna. The basement is large, and has a door above the stairs so if a guest wishes to sleep on the futon, they can do so (please note: extra bedding for the futon is NOT provided. Please bring your own if you plan on sleeping on the futon). There is an A.C and a dehumidifier in the basement.
The Exterior-
The backyard has a very large salt water pool (20x40 lazy L shape) with a heater and a small jacuzzi section inside the pool, a tiki bar (grill, pizza oven) a fire pit and a beach volleyball court. The backyard has a deck with table and chairs, and is gated. The backyard and front yard are private with tall trees and vegetation so you won't see the neighbors. The front yard has a front deck with a roof that sits 5 persons, a pathway to walk around or lounge in the hammocks under the trees, and a parking that can accommodate up to 6 cars.
The house is not located on the street, so it is very quiet. When sitting on the front porch or by the pool in the backyard, it is peaceful. The neighbors are not close by so you can play your music on our speakers and enjoy yourself. This beach cabin is a very peaceful property, with a relaxing and positive atmosphere vibe like no other around.

HOUSE RULES:
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY ALLOWED.
There are 4 cameras on the property; two covering the backyard, the other two covering the front yard view. Per town ordinance, no noise between 11pm and 7 am.
Guests must be 25 +years old, unless guests are children with family members. The booking guest will have to provide his/her full name as well as each guest's full name of everyone in his/her party upon booking completion. Each guest IDs will be verified at check-in. Accurate number of guests will be verified at check-in. Please enter accurate number of guests in booking request. Entire group must arrive at the same time agreed for checking-in.
No additional day or night guests permitted on the premises; in the backyard, pool and inside the house.
Children and teenagers must be supervised at ALL times around the pool and premise.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
This listing is a log home; it has a great natural wood smell that would absolutely be ruined by smoke-vaping smoke too. Please go outside to smoke, there is plenty of space to relax and smoke outdoors. A large fine will be billed to the booking guest through the resolution center if a guest smoked inside the house.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. One of the two owners who live in the house half the year suffers from serious/deadly pet allergies. We are unfortunately unable to make any exception for assistance or service animals. Please contact us prior to booking if you have questions. Guests are greeted by host or co-host at check-in who will turn back any guest with a pet(large or small). In order to have a pleasant experience, please arrange for pet accommodation prior to your arrival to The Beach Cabin. Note that there are pet hotels near by, so you could easily visit/drop off/pick off your furry friend if you wanted to.
Please turn off A.C. when windows are opened, before leaving the house or when not using.
Preferably no shoes in the house.
Guests must have the Airbnb app on their phone (free) to facilitate communication with host.
Check-out time is at 10 am. No exception will be made. Guests are required to leave the kitchen the way they found it; dishwasher, fridge and trash emptied, microwave and stove wiped clean. No trash on the floor. Otherwise, guests will incur an additional charge billed through the resolution center.
There is a security deposit for damages to the house & pool (interior/exterior) and waivers to sign upon booking.
