The pool area is definitely the place where you will spend most of your time as there are cozy lounging chairs for relaxing by the pool and an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill ideal for preparing and enjoying al fresco meals. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is lovingly furnished in a simple style but with great attention to detail. The first floor consists of a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The colourful children's room with two separate single beds is also located on the first floor, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet. The remaining 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, are located on the upper floor. You can enjoy sunsets on the large balcony with sea views. The villa is fully fenced, offers two private parking spaces and plenty of opportunities to relax and experience an unforgettable holiday near Zadar.This villa is located in the small village of Sukosan, just a short drive from Zadar.
