Preparing meals in the kitchen, you are still part of the atmosphere and the views as all the living/entertaining areas flow from the kitchen area.
Luxury bed linen and towels are provided for the two queen beds. These beds made and ready for you so you can have a stress-free arrival and restful sleep. Both bedrooms also have the comfort of ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning and built-in robes.
The main bedroom also offers beach views, a TV, access to the deck to allow those delicious sea breezes to flow through, an ensuite with a relaxing spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity and a lounge chair that converts into a single sofa bed suitable for children only (no linen or towels supplied with this sofa bed).
The second bedroom also includes an ottoman sofa bed suitable for children only (no linen or towels provided for this ottoman), a shelf of reading material and some games.
The main bathroom has a full-sized bath, walk-in shower, vanity and a separate toilet room. The laundry is located off the bathroom area. It has a washing machine, tub and dryer for your convenience.
One Mile Ridge has a stunning infinity edge pool and permanently heated outdoor spa to sit back in and watch the spectacular sunsets. You’ll feel like you’re floating on top of the world! There is also a common area Weber BBQ located on the deck near the entrance to the townhouse.
Local Area
There are extensive walking trails and numerous lookouts for those who would like to explore the coastline, watch the whale migration or experience the extensive flora and fauna of the Tomaree National Park. Fishermans Bay and Boat Harbour are some of the best places on the NSW coast to spot humpback whales as they migrate north between May and July and south between September and November. There are many viewing areas, or you may like to take a guided tour.
You will be close to major tourism options like whale and dolphin cruises, Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters, Worimi Sand Dune Adventures, Fighterworld, sandboarding, 4wd tours, Oakfield Ranch, Toboggan Hill Park, the Barramundi Park, Murrays Brewery, fishing tours and a host of high quality and budget dining options. Alternately, you might enjoy a book on the comfort of the leather lounges and soak up some relaxation.
Anna Bay, Birubi Beach, Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay are all within a ten minute drive. The shops at Anna Bay will provide for your day to day needs and major supermarkets and shopping centres are nearby.
One Mile Beach is a ten minute walk from your front door. Boat Harbour and Kingsley Beach are also within walking distance. National Park walking trails can be accessed directly from One Mile Ridge. While most visitors get further afield using their own transport, bus, taxi and Uber services all operate locally. Sheets and towels are provided for up to 4 people at the property and both queen beds are made for your arrival. The property will accommodate up to 6 people with a maximum of 4 adults. No pets are allowed in the complex and a strict no party policy is in place. There is a gate at the entrance to One Mile Ridge and cameras are located in various common areas to ensure your security.
