We welcome you to stay in our beautifully newly renovated *all-season* beachfront cottage and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Georgian Bay! Moore Relaxation is right on one of the most stunning freshwater beaches in the world. This rare location hosts a private deck hovering over the white sand in a beach house right on the water.
In the wintertime, cozy up by the fireplace and watch the sunset over the big bay, or take a walk along the snow-covered beach. There are also snowmobile and cross-country ski trails nearby, as well as toboggan hills and local skating rinks. Mount St. Louis and Horseshoe Valley are 20-30 minutes away for downhill skiing. Blue Mountain is a 40-minute drive for more adventure.

The Location
Our cottage is on the water's edge, on a walk-in sandy beach in Tiny Ontario, on Georgian Bay. It is a 70-90 min drive from midtown Toronto.
The Space
Moore Relaxation is a bright and warm, newly renovated from top to bottom 5+1-bedroom cottage. There is a separate full apartment in the basement with its own kitchen and bath and walk out to the beach.
There are four bedrooms on the second floor:
• King primary room with massive primary bath with walk-in double shower and overhead rain shower.
• ‘Rec room’ bedroom with four stacked single beds (sleeping up to 4 people) and en-suite washroom
• One bedroom with two stacked single beds (sleeping two people)
• One bedroom with queen bunk beds and double trundle (sleeping up to 8 people)
• Basement bedroom with queen bed
• The basement sitting area has two convertible single-bed chairs and a convertible double-bed couch
Multiple bathrooms
• Powder room on the main floor
• Three bathrooms on the second floor – all three have walk-in showers, and one has a large soaker tub
• Basement washroom has a walk-in shower.
Main floor
The kitchen has a massive island facing the water. Cook dinner while watching the sunset over Blue Mountain. Our well-equipped kitchen allows you to cook together in the open floor plan.
The back of the house boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, providing unparalleled views of the beach, Blue Mountains, water and sunset.
A bright office on the main floor faces the water.
A gas fireplace can set the mood.
The kitchen, dining area, family room and office face west; watch the beautiful sunrise over Georgian Bay every night.
The Beach
The beach is walk-in and very shallow. Even young children can easily stand and play for several meters out. The sand is soft. The water is clear for miles. If you paddle out, you can see plenty of tiny fish in the water.
There are NO zebra mussels.
For a little adventure, we provide kayaks, SUPs, paddles, and lifejackets and there are also a number of beautiful hiking trails close by.
Eat Outside or Inside
Steps from the dining area, a large deck houses a brand-new BBQ and outdoor sitting area for 12. Hang out away from the sun in one of the loungers or chairs with two large umbrellas to keep you comfortable.
The dining area inside has a beautiful table that seats 12.
Relaxation time
We want you to relax and enjoy your time at the cottage. There are plenty of areas to take in the view with a good book or glass of wine. Chairs and loungers can be found near the beach, on the deck off the kitchen and dining area, or on the upper deck off the primary suite.
Hang out in the family room on the main floor or in the basement to watch a movie, read a book, or play a board game. We have many games available for you to enjoy. Both areas have gas fireplaces to keep you cozy.
Work with a view
The office is bright with windows and glass doors. You can get work done while facing the beach. It’s never been so peaceful!
The Firepit
Gather ‘round the fire for songs and roasted marshmallows. Right on the beach, the fire pit is a favourite area to wind down the night, listening to the lapping water and watching the stars come out.
The Water Toys
Kayaks, paddle boards and rafts invite you to the lake. PFDs are available. Please bring your own if you need a specific size and those for your children.
Laundry
Full laundry on site with washer and drier.
Bug Safe
The property is sprayed weekly with a child and pet-safe anti-mosquito treatment to keep bugs at bay.
Parking
Our large driveway can accommodate 4 cars.
