The exterior of this exceptional vacation home features an elegant brick drive, under-house parking, fenced private swimming pool, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, and a private path to the beach. The elevator allows access to all floors of this vacation home and makes unpacking and settling in at Southern Splendor a breeze.
The first floor boasts an abundance of windows and a spacious and airy common area. The living area decor is casual and beachy with hues of blues and yellows. This space offers plenty of seating, a large TV with cable and DVDs, a library, and direct access to the wraparound deck which offers unobstructed views to the sparkling Gulf waters.
Inside, the dining area features a large dining table that comfortably seats eight. There are four additional seats at the breakfast bar that look into the well-equipped, modern kitchen. The kitchen boasts white cabinets with black granite counters, a microwave, and dishwasher. Directly off the kitchen is a comfortable screened porch.
