The exterior of the house is professionally landscaped with lush palm trees and mature landscaping.
Inside the great room you will see soaring shiplap ceilings and the rooms get a lot of natural light. It is decorated with hand crafted comfortable Caribbean style furniture. This great comfortable room overlooks the pool and sits right off the fully equipped kitchen. The gourmet kitchen with oversized center granite island in ocean tones is the heart of the home, and guests can easily move through this sleek and stylish space to get into the common areas and out to the pool. This well-lit kitchen has custom cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. The center island doubles as a breakfast bar. The kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils, cookware, and kitchen extras. A large refrigerator and walk in pantry provide plenty of room to store your groceries and the high-end appliances make it easy to cook at home. This kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining room, which sits in a sunny alcove of sliding doors overlooking the pool. The dining room has a custom steel and glass Parsons table and has seating for six.
The master bedroom has a custom-made King-size bed, name-brand linens and plenty of soft pillows and a 68-inch Samsung smart TV. The bedroom has tiled floors and has sliding doors to access the pool and patio. The bedroom has a custom Romina ecofriendly handmade bureau and nightstands. Step into the master bathroom for a real treat. More like a spa than a traditional bathroom, this bathroom features a walk-in shower behind glass doors, custom glass chandelier over the soaking tub, granite counters, double vanity, and custom tile work gives this spacious bathroom a very clean and luxurious feel. The second bedroom is welcoming with a king bed, plantation shutter windows, and a wall mounted 55-inch Samsung smart TV. The bedroom has custom Romina ecofriendly handmade nightstands. The third bedroom is also welcoming with a queen size bed, 55-inch wall mounted Samsung smart TV, high-end linens. The bedroom has custom Romina ecofriendly handmade nightstands.
There is a bonus room, equipped with a queen-sized Murphy Bed and built in desk if you need to work (a little) while in residence. The second bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms and is upgraded with luxury tile, glass enclosed shower and has the additional bonus of being able to access the bathroom from the sun deck.
The oversized shady lanai area has electric nauseum screens and infinity doors that extend the inside, and the lanai features luxury outdoor Polywood dining table seating for 8, a beautiful granite bar area that opens to the dining room with seating for 2 and outdoor dining area under a whisper quiet ceiling fan. This home not only boasts of a covered lanai but also has a large sun deck with high end Telescope chairs and chaises for lounging by the pool to soak up the beautiful Florida sun. The sparking 38-foot heated saltwater pool is private and is perfect for hanging by the pool. Balfour Beach House has an outdoor cedar shower enclosure for your enjoyment. We have recently added a new Weber high powered Genesis grill located on the end of the sun deck.
