There's lots of room to spread out on the spacious main floor, with the kitchen, dining room, family/tv room and an extra living room.. The dining table comfortably seats 6 or more with the provided leaves added. There is an old fashioned "water closet" on this level with a toilet and sink. The family room and kitchen have a smart TVs. The bonus living room can be an office, yoga studio, you name it!
The large Chef's kitchen features a warm exposed brick wall, hooded vent, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a gorgeous antique Asian eat-at island with 4 stools, and a large bar/pantry area. All the essentials for cooking are available and there's a smart tv to watch games or cooking shows!
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 1 King and 3 Queen beds, and a large full bathroom, with a claw foot soaking tub, shower, two sinks and toilet. There is a fresh-air porch off the bedroom at the end of the hall.
The furnished basement has tons of room for games, exercise of handing out. It also features a full bathroom and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, ironing board and utility sink.
The house sits on a large double lot with blooming flower beds all around the house. The front yard leads up to the house, the deck and flagstone patio are accessed through French doors in the dining room. The patio has tables and chairs for al fresco dining in a yard filled with trees and shrubs.
We also rent out our carriage house which sits on the alley behind the main house and they have their own private entrance through the sidewalk and their own yard area.
