Hello,
We are pleased to propose this villa in Divonne Les Bains, a stone's throw from Lake Geneva, in a green setting between the Jura and the Alps. A paradise for lovers of nature, water, sports, hiking, mountain biking... and so many other activities for the holidays.
Divonne is a resort known for its Casino, its racecourse and its soothing air. You will be won over by its exceptional Sunday market and its small shops. Perfect to enjoy good food, good life.
The villa is quiet in a very residential area, 5-10 minutes from the Center. It is composed of a very large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining room opening onto the terrace and a slightly elevated living room to admire Mont Blanc turning pink at sunset.
You will have 4 bedrooms:
- 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with its bathroom (walk-in shower) and its own entrance
- 1 “master” suite on the 1st floor with its bathroom (bathtub and walk-in shower)
- 2 double bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed) sharing a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
An office upstairs, close to the master suite, will be perfect for accommodating a baby if needed.
In the basement, a fully equipped laundry room.
You can also enjoy a beautiful home cinema room with table football.
Outside, a large terrace with a large dining table, armchairs, parasols, a double sofa and its coffee table. Barbecue available on request. Ping pong table for great games with friends.
A heated swimming pool (4x11m) with different depths for all the joys of swimming.
The plus: a rooftop with a panoramic view of the mountains and a sofa perfect for a little nap or a little reading at the end of the day... Unless it's to sunbathe in complete peace on the sun loungers available.
Possibility of cleaning service and home meal delivery during your stay.

Résumé: We had a lovely week at the house - the kids spent most of their time swimming in the pool or chilling in the basement cinema. We loved to sit out in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine and the view across to Mont Blanc. Matthieu, the host, was very helpful with advice for day trips etc and we found plenty to keep us entertained. Overall a great week and we'd visit again.
