The villa is located 6km South of Marsala, in a region well known all over the world for its wine and history. The Marsala fortified wine is one of the symbols of Sicily: it is named after the city, one of the oldest of the island, founded by the Phoenicians at the beginning of the 4th century BC.
Marsala overlooks the Stagnone nature reserve, that includes a long stretch of coast and four isles enclosing an area of shallow water.
