Welcome to our beautiful Lakefront home on a tree covered lot w/panoramic lake views. Only one hour from DFW!!
Home has an open floor plan 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & sleeps 10 comfortably. Over 100' of lakefront shoreline w/ a 40' covered patio, sweeping lake views, private boat dock, fenced yard, propane grill, fire pit & kayaks for guests use. Perfect setting for families & friends w/direct access to the Lake out your back door.
THE SPACE:
Vaulted ceilings, expansive lake views and lots of natural light greet you at the door! Our home has an open floor plan with lots of room for a group to enjoy their time at the Lake.
LIVING ROOM: Curl up on our multiple seating options including a full sleeper sofa, leather loveseat, leather recliner or floor poufs. The living room has a 65" HD Smart TV with streaming options provided complimentary. Living room includes a large selection of games, books, beach towels and throw blankets. Also provided is a small desk and chair for a dedicated work area if needed.
KITCHEN: Fully Stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, kitchen island bar, breakfast nook with lake views, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Ground coffee, creamer, garbage bags & dishwasher detergent provided.
BEDROOMS: Our home sleeps (10) guests total in three bedrooms and the sleeper sofa. Queen bedroom & bunk bedroom share the main bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
KING BEDROOM: Bedroom equipped with a 50" HD Smart TV, king bed, large walk-in closet, private seating area , en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. Guests have direct access to an outdoor Lounge area and beautiful lake views.
QUEEN BEDROOM: Bedroom equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, queen bed, dresser & large reach-in closet.
BUNK BEDROOM: Bedroom equipped with two sets of bunk beds (twin), large reach-in closet & dresser.
OUTDOOR SPACES:
PATIO: Enjoy the panoramic sunrise and sunset on the fully covered furnished patio. Patio is 40' long (over 500 SF) and runs the length of the back of the house. Patio has multiple seating options including a lounge area, porch swing and adirondack chairs. Propane grill and grilling tools provided.
YARD: Large yard is shaded by stately Oak trees, comes equipped with a saucer swing and is fully fenced for safety. Direct access to the lake via the boat dock ladder or the custom stone steps that allow you to walk right into the lake. Kayaks, paddles, yard games and a small selection of adult life vests are provided.
FIREPIT: Large patio with lake views. Firepit area has a wood burning fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Firewood is provided.
BOAT DOCK: Fully covered boat dock for swimming & fishing. Boat dock has seating to enjoy the lake views & ladder for lake access. You will NOT have access to the jet skis and NO watercraft can be tied to the boat dock.
DRIVEWAY: Large circular driveway will accommodate 3 to 4 (max) vehicles. We ask you keep all vehicles parked in the driveway.
