Welcome to Bel Aven, a stunning home nestled in the heart of the Anse de Kerdruc, between Pont-Aven and Port Manec'h. Enjoy peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views of the tidal river from this unique haven. Set on a magnificent, tree-filled one-hectare property, the house offers private access down to the edge of the inlet. This spacious and partially renovated family home, full of charm and light, can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
The accommodation
Upon arrival, you'll step into a vast and sunlit dining and living area with original tiled flooring. Large windows frame beautiful views of the garden and water. The cozy lounge area, with comfortable sofas, invites you to relax—be it for reading, chatting with loved ones, or simply soaking in the peaceful scenery. The large family-style dining table is perfect for shared meals and memorable gatherings.
The fully equipped, spacious kitchen is designed for cooking together with ease. A large glass door opens directly onto the terrace, offering a breathtaking view of the inlet and the surrounding trees. Natural light floods the space, making it a delightful spot to prepare meals. The kitchen includes a traditional oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of utensils and storage.
Outside, a large stone terrace surrounded by vibrant flowers and lush greenery invites relaxation and conviviality. A large outdoor dining table makes it ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or an evening apéritif surrounded by nature.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a quiet reading/working nook, perfect for relaxing or working remotely. From this space, stairs lead to a private double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom—ideal for those seeking comfort and privacy.
Another single bedroom is also located on the ground floor near the living area. Though not shown in the photos, it provides a cozy and peaceful setting.
On the opposite side of the house, another staircase leads to a beautifully renovated master suite. This spacious and stylish room offers spectacular views of the inlet from its two large windows, bathing the space in light and calm. Another charming bedroom on this floor includes a double bed and a single bed. Through a bathroom with a shower, you'll reach a delightful children's room with two single beds and a warm, playful ambiance.
