The 'Filicaia' is a stunning, spacious 6-room house that spans across two levels. It boasts antique and stylish furnishings, making it a unique and comfortable place to stay.
Upon entering the house, guests are greeted with a large entrance hall, which leads to an open living room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. There is also an exit to the terrace, providing a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The house also features a large dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and an exit to the loggia, which leads to the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for a coffee machine (Nespresso) extra. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
Moving up to the upper floor, guests will find four spacious bedrooms, including three double bedrooms and one double bedroom. There are also two showers/bidet/WC. Please note that there is no heating option, but the house features natural stone floors, which helps to keep the temperature regulated.
