Typical majorcan stone house, bright and sunny, with a 50m2 / 540 sq ft living area, with a loft-type distribution that includes living room and bedroom area with double bed and possibility to add 1 folding bed for a child and/or 1 cot. All kitchen and bathroom facilities are new and fully equipped. The house has high ceilings with wooden beams, air conditioning and ceiling fans, heating and fireplace. The house is part of an estate built in 1850, recently renovated and has a large paved terrace / solarium for private use, a large garden, a solarium area and a large pool of 11 * 6 m shared with th emain house of the estate.
The garden offers a large number of activities that will delight the youngest ones: zip line, slackline, football goal, basketball hoop, bikes, fish pond, chickens, etc.
A fantastic opportunity to learn about rural life of Mallorca, in a newly renovated house with all amenities to make a super comfortable stay. The house is on the road to Puigpunyent, very well connected to the Via Cintura, the main artery of Palma from where you can access all beaches and little towns of Mallorca.
Located in an idyllic setting of light and tranquility, the bungalow is just 10 minutes drive from the center of Palma, full of shops, narrow streets of the historic center offereing a great variety of museums and art galleries; the fishing district of Santa Catalina, with its lively streets filled with restaurants; and the neighborhood of La Lonja, with its terraces for outdoor dining while enjoying the sea breeze.
Just 15 minutes away you will find Puerto Portals, the famous marina frequented by the international jet set, with its lively restaurants and bars.
There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, and a shopping center just 10 minutes away.

Résumé: We had the most brilliant holiday. The property and grounds were stunning and the host was so thoughtful and welcoming. Our children (3 and 7) found the pool, zip line and trampoline so much fun. We loved eating on the little patio overlooking the lovely garden and each afternoon made the short journey by car to Palma to explore our favourite city. Luisa couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and is a very special lady with a very special home, which she seem to genuinely enjoy sharing with her guests. Thank you Luisa for such a memorable tip, we hope to be back soon x
