Designed with a welcoming homage to the south with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to accommodate groups of up to 9. In addition to the backyard oasis with an outdoor swimming pool, patio, grill, and fire pit, there’s also a cinema room with a hockey table! What more could one ask for?!
Our home caters for both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
Please note our occupancy is 10 guest but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption, or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking space. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.
Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
