Explore your way through your stay! This unique and colorful lodge sleeps up to 30 people and has all kinds of different places to explore inside. With fun colorful accents accents throughout the home you are sure to be entertained in this space. The stunning blue water pond is safe to swim in and has its own floating dock that you can move to the center of the pond and attach to the anchored rope there. Spend a hot summer day jumping in and out of the water! The deepest part of the pond is about 12 feet deep. The pond is also stocked with fish - bring your own fishing gear for a relaxing afternoon spend on the banks of the pond. FYI this pond is JUST FOR YOU and your group. No neighbors will be here to use this. The dock can be lit up with thinking string lights and there is an outdoor fire pit area for you to enjoy as well. Fire wood is provided but bring your own smore' ingredients and be sure to pick out the perfect roasting stick for an evening spent around a bonfire. Brew a hot cup of coffee in the morning and pick a comfy lounge chair on the back deck to watch nature was up around you. Find that same seat in the evening to enjoy the STUNNING sun set!
This massive 8,000 square feet home has a game room (including a Pool Table, Foosball and Air Hockey), dining area, multiple living rooms, multiple kitchens, a TV room, a large downstairs dining/hangout area, wrap around deck, bedroom balcony, and more. There is lots of unique transformable furniture to make new sleeping areas including a queen sized transformable couch, four full sized chairs/beds, futons, and more!

Walk-through room: Has 2 chairs that each transform into a twin bed. Upon opening, be sure to pull the metal legs out that are behind a zipper.

Bedroom 6: 2 Queen Beds
In the storage room you will find 1 queen mattress and 4 twin foam mattresses. You can take these out and set them in your desired location. Linens should be in the same room.

1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.
3. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
4. No ATVs, Fireworks, or Guns permitted on the property.
5. Swim @ your own risk!
6. Outdoor Music: We ask that you DO NOT play outdoor music. Pasts guests have ruined this option as they have been way to loud and ruined our relationship with the neighbor. So therefore we ask that you not have the music outside to keep the noise levels down.
