Situated in the centre of the village directly off the village green and a 1-minute walk from the River Green with the River Wensum, a local beauty spot and hugely popular place to fish, paddleboard, and kayak. Ringland is a super location, being rural but a less than 5-minute drive to Taverham with all its shops and facilities. Easy 15-minute access to Norwich, 35 minutes to coastal resorts and 20 minute access to the Norfolk Broads, therefore providing a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy all year round.
