There are countless stunning hikes just minutes away from the property, some within walking distance, and hidden trails not many know about (see our rental binder for more info).
We want you to be as comfortable as possible, so we have included little extras, like premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, starter laundry supplies, starter coffee/sugar/creamer for your first day, salt, pepper, comfy extra throw blankets, and a welcome basket (snacks, water, etc). The moment you arrive, you'll be in awe of the property's impressive surroundings - located within a Ponderosa pine tree forest just 5 minutes from the Pike National Forest and a stunning hike among the red rock formations that border our neighborhood. Additionally, the private patio offers the best of outdoor living with comfortable patio furniture, gas firepit and relaxing, serene atmosphere with seating for 6. The well-landscaped front yard offers a wood burning firepit with comfortable adirondack chairs (available upon request as this is the owner's private space. **Note--a fire permit must be granted by by the Larkspur Fire Dept, before this space can be used.)
