We welcome you to North Carolina, where most everyone has a front porch swing! We invite you to enjoy the front porch glider (original to the house).
This spacious house offers 2 bedrooms, laundry room with a futon, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful breezeway, spacious living room, remodeled bathroom, dining room, screened-in back porch for dining and watching TV, fire pit, lower gathering deck complete with a propane gas grill and a garage in case it rains. You will have games for all ages.
The Space:
* The Breezeway
- If you are into relaxing, this is the room for you.
- Spacious and tranquil area with all-day sunlight, living plants, musical instruments, a battery-operated tabletop waterfall fountain, a diffuser (selection of oils included), a cone incense burner, yoga mat and resistance bands.
- The room also includes a breakfast table for two, a workspace looking over the lower deck and back yard, a couch, and two high-back chairs for those unforgettable conversations, life-changing books, and time to stop and make memories.
- Enjoy your morning coffee, work, read, exercise, or just relax.
*The Dining Room
- High top table with seating for 6.
- Well-lit during the day and private in the evening.
- You can enjoy the wall climbing plant that has taken over one of the walls and a beautiful built-in China cabinet. The antique dishes add to the charm and character of the room.
*The Living Room
- Sectional couch with 3 recliners and 2 cup holders.
- Leather chair with ottoman and a laid-back chair for conversations.
- 70-inch Samsung Smart TV and surround system with Bluetooth.

Guest access:
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. There is a smart lock on the front porch next to the glider. Your access code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number provided to VRBO. If you do not have a number listed with VRBO or have a preferred 4-digit, send me a message with the 4 digits for the lock.
- Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Other things to note: Front security camera above garage door and rear security camera above lower outside deck covering rear entrance.
No parties of any kind! Gatherings need to have permission from the host. If you have a party or don't have permission from the host for a gathering this will result in a $500.00 fine and an immediate termination of your stay without refund. A party or gathering is defined as having a group of people in the home greater than the number on the reservation without first obtaining permission from the host, Jamie.
Pets are welcome and there is a 2 pet maximum, $50.00 per pet. If you are bringing 2 pets I will send you a request for an additional $50.00 as VRBO only charges you for 1 pet. Please note, this is not a "pet fee." This is a "cleaning fee" that all pets are suject to, with exception of a registered ADA working service animal. Please do not let your pets on the couch, beds, or other furniture. Failure to follow this rule will result in additonal cleaning feees. If there is excessive cleaning or damage from your pet then you will be responsible to pay for the damages or extra cleaning.
There is no SMOKING of any kind INSIDE the house to protect the comfort of future guests. A $500.00 environmental cleaning fee will be charged to any guests who smoke in the residence.
No parking is allowed inside the garage and there are NO exceptions to this rule!
