I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect.
