CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Résumé: Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Caribe Resort. The condo was a perfect location in the heart of Orange Beach, very clean, and spacious. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was conveniently located near the front door of Building C and a short walk to the condo. Some of our favorite amenities: excellent balcony view of the Gulf on floor 8, three bedrooms & three bathrooms (great for privacy when needed), we loved the resort mini golf / basketball court / pickleball courts. Only a few cons: the toilets don't flush well, bedroom blankets & pillows are very thin, and indoor pools are quite old & need renovation. Overall tho, we would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area. Great value for what you get!
