Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with furniture, summer house with power points, lawns, patio and games room. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Highchair available in house. Cot provided but please bring own bedding. Note: Property is on a working farm - The garden area can be made enclosed by closing the main entrance gate, allowing peace of mind for children playing outside.
