TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LOCATION DURATION
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined during your reservation, determined in your rental contract. In no case will you be able to exercise any right to remain in the premises outside this period.
HOST LOCATION CAPACITY
- The house has a capacity of 12 beds + 1 baby bed.
- Pets are not allowed on the Property.
- Persons outside the rental (families, friends, etc.) are not authorized to stay on the site and take advantage of the indoor and outdoor facilities (rental, swimming pool, washing and drying machines, garden furniture, games, etc.) .
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Arrival times are scheduled in the afternoon from 5 p.m.
- Departure times are scheduled for 2 p.m. at the latest.
- The time spent on cleaning must take place on the day of departure, before the cut-off time.

USE OF PREMISES
- All furniture, flat screen TVs and games such as billiards, pinball, table football, darts are at your disposal, please keep them in good condition and keep them clean.
