Casa Carbonell is surrounded by woods and nature where you can go walking and cycling without having to use the car or you can visit the spectacular beaches and coves linked by the coastal path that follows the coastline. Near the house are historical places such as Tossa de Mar with its castle and medieval wall, the old town of Girona, or Caldes de Malavella with its spas.

Layout
You go into the property through a metal gate and into the large 1300 m2 garden with trees and grass, completely fenced off and secure. There is ample space to park cars.
At the entrance to the house there is a shady porch with sofas and a small table next to the main door.
The house is arranged over two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
On entering the house, on the left there is a lounge-dining room with table and chairs, sofas and armchairs, a coffee table, TV, decorative fireplace and a wood-burning stove with pellets. This room has direct access to a large covered terrace behind the house with wooden tables and chairs overlooking the pool and garden.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils: fridge-freezer, a second freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee pot, coffee capsule machine, toaster and tableware.
Also on the same floor, on the right hand side, are 3 beautifully decorated double bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom with bath, toilet and two sinks.
At the end of the corridor, in the garage space, there is a games room with sofas, board games and books, ideal for children, and a small utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc.
FIRST FLOOR
Going up to the first floor, you get to the other 3 double bedrooms, one of them with direct access to a sun terrace with views of the pool, garden, woods and mountains. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, reading lamps and views of the garden outside. There is also a second bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink.
There is wifi and heating throughout the house and magnificent views of the garden.
OUTSIDE
The house has a fantastic garden of 1300 m2, with areas for different activities, completely enclosed. Pool with outdoor shower, large terrace with sun loungers and parasol. Covered terrace with wooden tables, chairs, and sofas. Barbecue area with a long table and chairs. Ping pong table, basketball hoop.

Location/Area
Casa Carbonell is a large house in a fantastic location, ideal for getting away and spending time with family and friends, in a quiet place away from large cities. It is located in a residential area in a strategic place making it easy to get to both the towns and cities of the interior and the Costa Brava. The holiday home is also situated next to the Cadiretes Massif, a beautiful natural mountainous area with hiking trails close to the house or 10 minutes away by car.
Other attractions nearby are the main beaches and coves of the Costa Brava just 20 minutes by car (Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Platja d’Aro), the beautiful city of Girona about 30 minutes’ drive away, and Llagostera 7 minutes away where you can join the “Via Verde”, a former railway route converted into an easy flat cycling route between Girona and Sant Feliu, ideal for family cycling or walking excursions. Other activities include visiting museums and markets and enjoying the tasty local food.
