Casa Farfaglia, originally an old oil mill dated 1893, is now a charming country house, a mix of simplicity, contemporary design, sensibility and nature. Two guests can stay in the Suite, the old stabile, with independent entrace, little kitchen, relaxing outdoor area, for guests' exclusive use, with Jacuzzi, solarium, hammock, shower, dining table.

Nestled in stunning Noto countryside, among olive trees, Mediterranean scrub and dry stone walls, Casa Farfaglia is the ideal place for a couple who wants to spend a romantic, quiet and relaxing holiday in the regenerating silence of the Val di Noto countryside, away from the city hustle without giving to social life or to seaside baths at the beaches of the surroundings.
The Suite, once the old stable, is now a 35 mq idyllic and retreat for only two guests with an independent entrance. Among stone walls, wooden roofs, handcrafts and restoration items, guests have a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a relaxing outdoor area, for guests' exclusive use, with a dining table, chaise longue, solarium, shower, hammock and comfortable and very spacious Jacuzzi (unheated and open from 15th of June to 30th September).
Inside, the original stone manger becomes an hanger in the bedroom, a shower and washbasin in the bathroom and a table, made from the original roof tiles, in the living room that has a large window overlooking the hay, olive and walnut trees.
The small kitchen is equipped with a complete equipment of pots, crockery, glasses and cutlery, kettle, induction hob with two fires, fridge, freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine.
All spaces moreover are equipped with air conditioning, heating and free and fast wi-fi.
Guests can park inside the property and pass trough shared open spaces, occasionally shared with host or Room guests, if present, to reach their accommodation.
The house is not purposely equipped with television in order to enjoy the peace and the quiet of the surrounding nature.
Casa Farfaglia is situated on a hill, over 500 mt above sea level, and during the summer, guests will enjoy cool and crisp evenings.
