The apartment, located on the sixth floor of an elegant building with elevator and concierge, features a large open plan living area furnished in 70s-vintage style with sofas, armchairs, cabinet with TV, coffee tables, bookcases and a dining table. A modern fully-equipped kitchen completes this environment. It includes a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a cabinet with doors, the other one with a single bed, another pullout single bed and a dresser. The layout is completed by two design bathrooms, one with a double sink and a shower, the other one with a bathtub that, thanks to a curtain, can be used as a shower.
The bedroom with two single beds has access to a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs and two sunbeds.
