Casale Degli Orci is a characteristic stone farmhouse expertly restored while maintaining the typical flavor of Tuscan farmhouses.Located in the Tuscan hills, it is made entirely of stone with terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams, the result of a skilful restoration that has managed to combine functionality and total respect for the original architecture.Casale Degli Orci is the ideal place from which to start discovering the cultural, historical and landscape beauties that characterize Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra.
Interior:
The farmhouse is on two levels joined by an external staircase and occupies a total area of ​​about 300 square meters.The main entrance located on the ground floor leads to the large dining and living area, table and chairs.From the living room you enter the fully equipped kitchen which in turn is served by a comfortable bathroom with shower.All areas of the living room and kitchen are equipped with French windows for direct access to the equipped structures of the garden.The ground floor is completed by 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.It is specified that access to one of the rooms is via the adjacent room and does not have independent access.Along the façade, on the back, a staircase allows access to the upper floor of the farmhouse which leads us to a relaxation room with a fireplace,a pool table and bar area overlooking a lovely panoramic terrace.The same floor consists of 3 further double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.On the ground floor with external access there is a small laundry. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

The farmhouse is immersed in the green Tuscan countryside and is surrounded by wonderful expanses of fields planted with sunflowers and wheat and olive groves.The wrought iron gate leads into the fully fenced park of 4,000 square meters that surrounds the farmhouse, cultivated with lawn and embellished with Mediterranean bushes and flowers that give a touch of color to this oasis of greenery and tranquility.The farmhouse has an equipped pergola ideal for pleasant breakfasts but also for outdoor lunches and dinners.Near the entrance on the upper floor of the villa there is a brick barbecue served by dining tables, a foosball table and a ping pong table ideal for exciting summer challenges.The area is completed by a large uncovered parking area.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.

Open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October, the swimming pool is located a few meters from the farmhouse and is perfectly inserted in the garden that surrounds the house.It has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 12 x 6 m and a variable height from 1.40 m to a maximum of 2.40 m.Access to the pool is via steps.The edge of the swimming pool is tiled and all around it is surrounded by a well-kept green lawn where there are sun loungers and umbrellas.The swimming pool is equipped with an outdoor shower.
