This semi-rural mountainside retreat is the ideal prescription for the city-weary seeking an outdoor adventure or peace and space to relax. In the summer, enjoy local fishing, hiking, bird watching, canoeing, and kayaking during the day and unwind under the stars at night. In the winter you can enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and sledding or settle down and sink into the microfiber couches relaxing in front of the wood-burning stove. Located only 2 hours from NYC, Albany, and Syracuse.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and property except for garage and red shed. Access to the barn is allowed and can be used to shelter vehicles, atvs, or snowmobiles. This property sits on 5 acres which is marked out by tape, rope and posted signs. A property layout is provided in the house manual upon check-in. Guests must not venture past these markings as the surrounding properties are private.
There is limited cell phone service in the area but a cell phone booster has been installed on the property as well as WiFi calling provided via free internet.

• This house is located in a semi-rural area with limited cell phone service (although wifi is provided and can connect to wifi calling on your mobile device). Semi-rural means a mix between country-side and suburban living and does contain back roads, limited cell phone service in some areas, and limited street lighting in some areas.
• This house is located on private property as well as adjacent to other private properties. The property lines will be marked but please respect the neighbors and for your safety do not walk outside of the marked property lines.
• Please do not touch any display items on the walls or throughout the house as they are for display only and delicate.
• Additional instructions will be provided upon booking as well as listed in a physical manual at the house.
• Do not touch anything including valves, switches, or pipes in the utility closet.

• Smoking of any kind inside this house is prohibited.
