On the first floor you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a shared balcony (with bedroom 2) and a private office/baby room. Just a few steps away, you will find the second bedroom which features a queen size bed & a single bed, a dedicated workspace and shared balcony with the master bedroom. Across from this bedroom is where you will find the 2nd full bathroom which features both shower & bathtub and the 3rd bedroom which features a queen size bed (smaller than the other rooms).
The main floor of the property is an open concept space with a large kitchen, first bathroom, dining area and living room featuring a magnificent antique piano. From the dining room you can access the outdoor patio area where you will find the hot tub and outdoor dining.
Last but not least, the basement of the property features a fantastic game room featuring a pool table, dart game, and sitting area for the board game lovers! Opposite the game room, you will find a TV room which can also be used as a 4th bedroom as it features a queen size pull-out couch and the 3rd full bathroom!
