Sunny hillside location with spectacular views of the 4000 metre peaks of the Valais Alps; close to the lifts and pistes in the top ski resort of Quatre Vallées - Verbier. On the 1st floor, the spacious dining and living room with open-plan kitchen invites you to enjoy cosy chalet evenings; the dining table seats 10 people comfortably. Relax in the cosy living area with sofa area and large panoramic windows. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a private bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower/WC, as well as another room with a bunk bed (90 × 200 cm). Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm × 200 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) are located on the 2nd floor - all three rooms have a private bathroom. Relax after an eventful day of skiing in the sauna (for around 6 people) with shower on the ground floor. The relaxation area has seating as well as a TV, DVD player and stereo system. Separate WC. Ski room with ski boot dryer on the floor. To the 4-seater chairlift and the ski slope approx. 650 m on foot through the forest (not secured/cleared) or 1.1 km by car to the car park. To Les Masses with mini-supermarket and restaurant approx. 750 m (forest path) or 1.1 km by car. You can ski down to the chalet (no marked or groomed piste, at your own risk). To the centre of Les Collons ~4 km. This pleasant holiday resort has shops, restaurants, après-ski pubs, bank, post office, ski hire, ski school and tourist information. In Thyon 2000, ~8 km, there is an indoor swimming pool and childcare (from 18 months; winter season). To the quaint village of Hérémence ~2 km, here you will also find restaurants/cafés, a supermarket and a post office. Pharmacy and butcher in Vex, ~5 km. The attractive cultural and shopping town of Sion is ~18 km away. Charming winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes.
Ski info Chalet altitude ~1,500 m, ski area up to 3,330 m, with Mont Fort glacier. "Skiing at the highest level" with 410 km of pistes and numerous fantastic ski routes and freeride runs. From Greppon Blanc (2,700 m), a wonderful deep-snow descent "Eteygeon" (not marked or groomed; at your own risk) over 1,300 metres in altitude into the secluded Dixence valley; return by free ski bus. Large snow park "Centralpark" near Thyon. Outdoor artificial ice rink in Les Collons, free admission. Attractive toboggan run between Thyon and Les Collons. The region offers ~12 km of cross-country ski trails.
Ski pass: up to 20 % ski pass discount - depending on the season - on the normal price for the entire Les Collons - Verbier - Quatre Vallées area and for the local Printze sub-area from a 6-day pass; also applies to children and young people.
