Located just a street above the Kalamar road in the centre of Kalkan, Villa Orange is recently refurbished to a high standard and offers a secluded hidden gem surrounded by decades old palm and olive trees in the centre of Kalkan.
Villa has 3 bedrooms and 6 people capacity and all bedrooms and outside spaces offer a unique tropical environment as it is tucked away in a quiet spot and surrounded by palm and olive trees all around. This peaceful environment also offers a fully secluded vacation.
The space
Villa has a prime location, just few mins walk to the Kalamar road where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy Kalkan cuisine, 10 mins easy walk to a couple of beach clubs and just 2 mins to supermarkets.
Ground floor:
The entrance door leads into a hallway with an understairs cloakroom. Double wooden doors open onto an open plan living area which is comfortably furnished with two sofas and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table. An enclosed wood burner and a wall mounted Smart TV can also be found in the living area and sliding doors give access to the pool terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and extractor fan, coffee machine, sandwich toaster and kettle.
Next to the kitchen is a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
First floor:
There are two bedrooms on this level; the first is a double room with dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony overlooking the pool and garden below.
The second bedroom is a spacious twin room with dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small side table.
Second floor:
Beneath high eaves, the master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV plus an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors give access to the villa's roof terrace which has a Jacuzzi bathtub and two chairs with a side table. From this level, views of the mountains behind the villa can be enjoyed.
Outside the villa:
The villa has a beautiful marble clad pool with integral steps for access. The pool terrace is accessed up 4 steps leading to a covered area with 6 sun loungers. The lower garden has a seating set and outside shower.

Security: Security alarm system with remote controller and/or control through mobile application, security cameras overlooking the walls and entrance of the villa.
Facilities: All bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables with stools, hangers, private bathrooms, AC, and accesses to terrace/balcony with the Mediterranean view. All bedrooms are large and can accommodate a cot or children's bed. We offer a cots and a highchair for guests’ use.
