Perfect for you who need to be flexible and go to Piteå or Skellefteå on assignment with a fast connection to the E4.
The Space:
Charming house located in an open rural environment, with three neighbors in a distance.
You see the E4 from the house and are quickly on the road to Piteå (40 km/30 min) or to Skellefteå (52 km/35 min).
The popular Jävrebodarnas Fiskecamping is only 7 min by car from the house. Here you can fish directly from the pier both in the spring, summer and autumn with a very nice sea view. In the winter you can do ice fishing,
There is a woodshed where the wood is brought into the huge lovely kitchen with an old-fashioned wood stove.
The kitchen is the focal point of the house. Bright and fresh with room for 8 diners. There is also a practical “walk-in” larder.
On the 1st floor you will also find a bedroom and if you follow the stairs up you will find a living room and more bedrooms. The whole house is decorated with a charming countryside feeling.

The Neighborhood:
There are only three neighbors living here and you can see them from a distance and you will not notice them. Forest and meadows surrounding the house.
Getting Around:
Traveling by car from Luleå Airport or from Skellefteå airport is just 55 min.
Downtown Piteå with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping is 20 min drive. You also have a nearby ICA grocery store 8 km (4 min drive) from the house.
