The property consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a modern open concept entertainment space and private roof deck with views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal after a busy day in the city!

Located in downtown Philadelphia (South Philadelphia/Dickinson Narrows). A short ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. This neighborhood offers close proximity to Passyunk Square with all the great restaurants, bars, cafes (voted top 10 foodie street in America!). This place is a real gem!

You are not permitted to have any unauthorized visitors or guests enter the property without prior conversation with us.
No loud noises after 9:00pm for quiet hour. Music is not permitted at any time.
We do not accept local guests unless you've made an inquiry prior to booking.
*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.
Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 per pet before VRBO's taxes and fees.
We kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation if you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following:
* If you are a local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45 minute drive) of the rental property
*If you are a university or High School students
*If your reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking
