Sit in the family room situated in the rear of the house and watch the farm animals wander in the paddocks beyond or the kids play in the back yard. Built in bench seating along a long window sets the ambiance along with a wood fire, hydronic heating and large couch. Large laundry with washing machine and dryer, along with powder room.
Three double size bedrooms all with hydronic heating have access to small alfresco patio, family bathroom with bath and two powder rooms, whilst master bedroom is situated in the rear of the home with expansive views of the paddocks and dam, along with ensuite with double shower and spa bath.
